Sheeran offers three high-security facilities equipped with alarm and sprinkler protection systems. All facilities are monitored 24/7 and undergo routine pest control procedures.

Our main facility located at 71 Southgate Center serves as our corporate headquarters and houses our support services which include client services, information technology, rebate processing, printing and call center. Our other two facilities are full service fulfillment centers. All facilities are located in the Southgate Industrial Center in tax free New Castle, Delaware.

Our facilities are fully integrated so our clients enjoy access to real time order and inventory information. We have over 150,000 square feet with 18,000 square feet of climatized areas for those products requiring temperature controlled storage. We also offer high security storage with remote camera monitoring for premiums and other high dollar items.

We use all major shippers including Federal Express, UPS, and Airborne for package shipments and all major LTL carriers for skid shipments. We ship as a direct bill relationship with our clients to allow them to take advantage of their deep negotiated discounted rates with their preferred carriers.

Sheeran offers a host of management tools to assist you in managing your inventory. Our standard system reports include inventory, product reorder, backorder, product history, order history, inactive product, cashiering, and many others. In addition to standard reports, we can customize any report.

Custom reports may include, tradeshow analysis, district / territory spend, product usage by business center/dealer, product forecasting, and more. Many reports such as product reorder, order confirmations, and lead follow-ups are automated and sent via email to ensure our client's are kept up to date with the most current program activity and inventory levels.
